Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order. If you receive your order and are not happy with the merchandise due to defects or errors on our part, you may return the item(s) within 10 business days of receipt.
We do not accept returns due to customer error i.e. wrong size selection or if you change your mind about the design of the item after receiving it. We provide a link to the size chart on the product page of all of our t-shirts to ensure that you have a reference when choosing the size for your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The receipt for the order must also be included.
All returns for defects or errors on our part will be refunded for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you would like to exchange your return for the same design or a different one. We will ship it to you free of charge.
Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped by the US Postal Service (First Class) which takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in the US. It also includes door-to-door tracking. Orders will usually ship within 5-7 business days after you receive an email confirmation by Liberty & Laws of your order.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday.
During the holidays order processing time may increase.
We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail. When an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the parcel and ensure that you are or a representative is present to receive it.
